Smoking is a deadly habit that kills millions of people every year. Many more are affected by smoking related deceases. Although there is growing awareness on the dangers of smoking, many people still continue to smoke. So many programs are out there designed to help quit smoking. But the first thing that is needed to quit smoking is a deep desire to quit. Seeking medical help and joining support groups will considerably increase your chances of success. If you are a smoker you should quit right now!

There are so many methods and plans that are available to help smokers quit. Nicotine gums, nicotine patches, smokeless tobacco, herbal remedies, prescription drugs, hypnosis and acupuncture etc., to name a few. How far they will be successful depends on the person who wants to quit!

How To Quit Smoking

Last year I lost someone in the family to lung cancer which was caused by excessive smoking. But then he must have been smoking for around twenty or so years. I don't remember him without his favorite cigarettes in his hand. I think he tried to quit a few times. But never really succeeded.

Although I am not an expert or qualified to give advice on how to stop smoking, I compiled these videos with the hope that someone will actually stop smoking after watching them.
